"Horrible service! Nails lasted less than 2 weeks and then started to chip and break. 3 people starting working on my nails and then interrupted without explanation, rude people and bad cleaning. Avoid!"

"Went in to have my gel polish removed. The station they sat me in after I waited for another customer to be finished wasn’t cleaned besides a quick brush down. Nail tech did not wash their hands or wear a mask at all. The removal was fine, but while I was waiting with the foil on my nails, the man I had doing my nails switched out to go smoke and another man took a bit vape hit before sitting down to finish my nails. The polish is off and my nails are clean now, but also I think they over dremmeled my nails because they’re very soft and bendable now. I also took note that a gel removal cost £5 and they charged me £10. Would not recommend. Spend a couple extra pounds and go to Elyse Beauty & Laser."

"Positive- fitted me in last minute, good price and nails look nice. Negative - I had three different people do my nails whilst they circled through their cigarette breaks. One man sanded my skin with the drill and it bled but when I pointed it out no one apologised. It’s very sore. Will only let people pay cash."

"I am a frequent customer who generally is always happy with the service but two days ago I received a terrible service by a new man at the shop. He gave me a pedicure and first he was sooo rough and caused me so much pain. He cut my nails way too short which eventually made another nail tech to decide to use acrylic on both my toes (and they still charged me full price after his mistake). The back of my feet is extremely hard because he decided to use something to cut layers of my skin as opposed to a foot scrubber or grater. He didn’t know to do a pedicure it was so bad that at the end someone intervened. Literally after two days the back of my feet is in pain and is my sole is turning dark. I also had an infill on my hands and a diamond came off already. I understand the original workers are abroad but there are also two women that do a decent/ good job but this man was terrible. I tried to explain this to a lady but she still charged me £80. I really wish I spoke up more and I did complain but the lady didn’t fully understand me she kind of laughed. That pedicure was not worth the money at all."
