"Sadly I would not recommend this place. Staff are quite rude and insulting. I had made an appointment and when arriving it was really not a welcoming environment. The woman who was to do my nails complained that my nails were too short (my nail beds are naturally very small) and she couldn’t work with them. I had asked for a specific look and she declined. I asked again as I had said I have had this done many times and had no problems. She complained and finally agreed. When making my appointment I was told it would x amount and when I went to pay I was told it was going to cost more because the woman struggled with my nails which was an utter lie and embarrassing. 2 days later my nails began to chip. I contacted them to fix these and was again treated like a waste of space and staff were constantly staring at me and looking at me with disgust. Not a friendly environment Too expensive Would definitely not return or recommend anyone to attend this place unfortunately"

"Took my child for a part of a birthday treat. At first the lady seeing to my child was pleasant as she saw another member of staff being nice. Children do fidget & my child smudged her thumb. The lady abruptly raised her voice at my child and said ‘look, why you smudge your finger?’ She reapplied the colour and slammed down the polish. I wanted to get my feet down as well as a manicure. As it the was getting busy I decided not to. What I originally wanted one lady said I could. Another decided to aggressively tell me no. The lady who did my nails was pleasant though. I realised they only asked a certain type of clientele if they wanted water, coffee or tea. My child was happy with the service. Reviews seemed good and the shop was local so was looking to make this my regular. However this was not a great experience. My nails look poor. The polish must have been old coz the state of them three hours later. Disappointed"
