"I went for BIAB and a pedicure without polish, the manicure has already chipped and the top coat has stopped being glossy after 1 week. There was too much of a gap left between my nail and cuticle so it already looks like its a month old. Also when i was at the appointment i felt so rushed and not relaxed. Really disapointed as i had hopped this could be my new regular spot."

"My booking was very last minute as I was in the area for a meeting. From booking my treatment to finding the location I found the lady who took my booking to be very helpful. I initially wanted to have acrylics done but the lady who did my nails was extremely knowledgeable and advised against it. She explained the reasons why and why it also wasn't a service they provided. I decided to have Apes nails done and I absolutely loved it so much so that I no longer have acrylics done. The pedicure was a 10/10 and their attention to detail is second to none! They also served me the best green tea and vegan chocolates which tasted divine."

"I had a wonderful experience when visiting the Dark Room. The atmosphere is very nice, cosy & welcoming. The staff are friendly and take their time to attend to you. The person who did my nails took her time to explain to me and did not rush me to make a decision on what type, colour and design of nail I wanted. It was also very nicely done and I was very happy at the end. I was also treated to a foot message and my feet enjoyed the TLC it received. I recommend that this salon is great for everyone who wants to be specially treated. They space out their appointments so they can concentrate on each client. That is where I will be having my nails done from now on as I haven't experienced a great service like this any where else."
