"Got my lashes done here and they look awful. The glue come last down more than half a centimetre on the lash. Wish I could upload a picture"
"I love this place! They’re so friendly and patient and really take care of you. Got my nails done here with gel powder and they looks really cute. Definitely would recommend to family and friends"
"Horrible I’m a beginner nail tech but I can’t do a set on myself but I am aware of what needed to be done this wasn’t the end result but I had to drill of the cheap shabby polish and cut the nails Down the pinky finger is what I done for acrylic application but I’m going later today to get them off as my nails are extremely painful as soon as I left the polish came off he charged extra for colour which is incorrect he charged extra for gel I didn’t ask for gel and he didn’t even use gel this shop needs to be shut charged way more than needed and it’s absolutely painful"
"Wouldn't give them even 1 star for the service I received, absolutely dreadful experience! I walked in on Sunday 4th August and asked for a simple french manicure for £10 they were offering at the doors.. To my disbelieve I can't be sure they know what 'manicure' even means. The guy (looked older than the rest of the technicians there) first inspected my nails (no nail varnish on, my nails were plain canvas clean) and told me to sit down. I had a moment to look around. Condition of the place looks like they were running their business for years... but not dirty, just super outdated, broken equipment. So here is how the 'manicure procedure' went: the same guy takes the nail drill (why why didn't I stop him there?!) and goes through all my nails completely ruining the nail plates one by one. This is where I had to reassure myself, surely he will buff them later right? Then he drops some cuticle oil (so I hope it was!) on all finger tips and brings some warm water to soak. After a while he proceeds by pushing back cuticle and cutting it off. Discomfort. My thumb starts bleeding, he is 'very sorry' and shouts to his colleague, they bring a little (already half opened) plaster to cover the cut. So the next step: he puts some lotion on my hands, massages them and then demonstrates me his work as if it was a piece for approval. This is where I asked him if he is actually going to file, shape my nails or buff them at all? He quickly makes a little fix on the shape and starts applying the nail varnish... At this point I just wanted to get out from there as soon as possible (I was also in the rush of catching the train in time). I paid and left, but deep inside my heart was bleeding: my nails are now ruined for the sake of saving some money and going to the random nail salon! I wish somebody set up this place on google maps before me so I could at least read reviews first...and I did check for them but there was nothing here for me and I simply took the risk! Not a surprise, but the bit of white tip has come off 2 mins after I left. My message is to anyone who ever wonders: this is not how the manicure is done! Please people, do the research, please make sure you know what the salon staff is doing and if unsure - just ask or stop them. I learnt my lesson. Photos attached (notice all the scratches from the nail drill)..."
