"Today I went to get my eyebrows waxed, and the owner Anna waxed off a 1/3 of my left eyebrow. I was left absolutely horrified, in floods of tears. She spent a mere 45 seconds on my eyebrows and completely messed up the job. In response, she said "it will be okay, they will grow back" and offered a mere £1 discount. Please, do not invest your money in this horrific business. The owner shows no care or interest in making her clients satisfied; she merely cares for money. I will never be returning to this business. I am absolutely horrified beyond belief and have never seen such unprofessionalism. Shameful"

"So disappointed. The way the nail tech took off my acrylics was crazy. He used a nail tip and just flicked them off! The pain! Constant drilling on my nails. Acrylic over my cuticles and around my fingers and my French tip was so bulky. £43 for the worst full set I’ve ever had. I would not recommend."

When I went back to get it fixed I was literally shouted at and told its my nails fault the lady who dealt with me was so angered by my criticism she was literally shouting all she did was add top coat and wanted me to be happy Would definitely avoid."
