"Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience as mentioned in the comments. I had a strange experience and I would not go again. There are 4 people there, I think only the girl knows and has a qualification, but unfortunately she didn't do my nails. I needed 3 people to do my nails because the others don't know how to hold a tool in their hand, and they hurt me a lot trying to remove the color and they didn't even show an apology. I don't know what to think about hygiene, they just shake the towels everywhere after each client, that's what I saw. When I saw how bad they were at doing my nails, I just wanted to leave, but I had no other solution that day and despite the circumstances, I somehow had to have nails, not leave with them that way. all I wanted was to leave them as they are; not shorter, not longer and normal color, just finish as soon as possible and pay and leave that place. A funny thing was that they tried to dry my color with an electric room radiator... I had to wait another 2 hours for it to dry, right? I mean, it wasn't professional at all, in any case it wasn't what the place needed. I said that this is not ok and then they changed it to a special dryer. Those who work there are wasting their time. I've been to super ok salons where Chinese people work who do nails for £20 in perfect condition and brand new :) and I can't say enough about their kindness. I do not recommend and avoid the place. I was there when they trying to inflate the price of some clients and finding reasons to inflate the client."

"My friend is used to getting her nails done and I've never had mine done. I told her I always pass this place when I go to the tube station and its very popular. We decided to have a look and were served very quickly. (Mon 30th Aug 21) I have NEVER been to a nail bar to have my nails done so I was excited and didn't know what to expect. The young guy nail technician who saw to me was very good. I found when he filed/buffed my nails it was quite therapeutic. I had gel nails done and was happy with the quality and result. I used to do my nails when I was younger but now I never have the patience to let them dry so they always smudge so I just leave them natural. After this experience I would definitely go back and get them done again. Andy did my friend's nails and was very friendly and attentive to what she wanted doing to her nails. He engaged in friendly chatter and made sure to ask how long she wanted to leave her nails and for clarification on the design she wanted on her nails to make sure he got it right. The nail bar is clean and has a nice ambience. Would definitely recommend this place. (They offer a variety of nail services from just paint to gel, shellac/false nails etc, as well as pedicure services)"
