"Nice people, pedi okay not great however they told me a price on the phone so I came in 10 minutes later with the correct cash as on my last visit I was told they have no card machine. Completed the pedicure and was then told the price had increased and they actually do have a card machine so I could pay the extra. Unfortunately they did the exact same to my nan the week before. Needless to say they juat lost 2 would be regular customers."

"I would not recommend going there and my last appointment totally cured me from going to this sort of places. The service is completely overpriced, rushed and the end result is disappointing. I have booked the appointment and had my pedicure done but when it got manicure the woman took the shellac off, completely ruined my nails, I got them scratched all over and she said its done. I have asked what about manicure and she said I didn't want any while I have clearly stated I need one. She pointed out to someone else and said she has an appointment she is the priority but I said yeah have an appointment too. She said then I need to pay 10 pounds for her shabby work and demanded another 20 for manicure. I have refused. I said how can you leave someone nails to look like this and ask another 20 to fix it? They just mumbled one to another and put their heads down. Ridiculous. I have left. Avoid please."

"i phoned to book an appointment for 5pm . they said they could only do my hands i said fine . i wanted my toes painted with Shellac and a full set of acrylic with shellac on my hands. when attending my appointment, i was told yes we can do both , i sat in the Pedicure chair and she began to wash my feet and do a pedicure which I did last fall and then she painted my toenails with shellac, i then was rushed over to a seat where The lady made me pay by card £58the man began to paint my short nails in Shellac to which I proceeded to say no I want acrylics extensions so then said no sorry they don’t have time to do it I felt like Okay I’ll come back tomorrow then to which I was told I have to pay another £15, So all in all I ended up paying £73 for something I didn’t want, When attending my appointment today for my acrylics I asked for v shape colour Shellac same as my toenails to which I was told I would have to pay more so again I didn’t get what I wanted and walked out with nails that I didn’t ask for, All in all the experience really upset me!! i use this salon regularly, There’s nothing wrong with the nails they do but the customer service is not there and there was a language barrier. I asked him to stamp my loyalty card from yesterday and one for today which they were quite reluctant to do I had to go back and ask again."
