"I was booked in for a Gel Top Notch manicure and Top Notch pedicure. Although the decor and staff are lovely and the selection of colours is good, I was left disappointed with my overall experience. My manicure and pedicure are average. Pedi + Mani: Dry, no soak (did not feel as relaxing and did not feel like a very thorough job was done as a result- This is personal preference-) Cuticle removal: minimal- nails do not look neat (see pictures) Shape: asked for square round edges, some nails are round, others are ok. overall uneven result, does not look neat. Nail polish: very big gap between skin and the start of the colour so nails look shorter and as a result will need to redo sooner than expected. Overall feel: not satisfied, poor result, overpriced, disappointed as was looking for neater result before Christmas. Will not be going back."
