"I booked a Signature Manicure + Polish, and as I arrived I was surprised that Beatrice did not use the lamp "Don't worry, it will last for 3 weeks". After a few days, my polish jumped away on three fingers and it seems so worthless. Plus, I had to wait much longer than expected for drying, making me late for my next appointments. Definitely, not what I expected. I full refund will be appreciated. EDIT. The Customer Service customer service got in touch with me just few hours after this review. We agreed that the service provided was not suitable for my needs, and I received within 24 hours a full refund. Also, they offered me an additional manicure of my choice. Bad first experience in salon*, great experience with customer care service*****."

"I booked myself and another person in for luxury pedicures today because of the good reviews that I had seen about this place. Complete disappointment. I hated every bit of my experience here. My therapist was Anastasia. She did not file properly at all or clean under the nails. The speed at which this treatment happened was incredibly slow. It was a draining experience and not worth the money at all. My friend's nail started bleeding because her therapist cut the cuticle incorrectly. I usually go to Selfish nails a few minutes away and I will stick with them. Awful experience, nice space if you want to take photos for your Instagram but the service quality was just horrendous. Never again. Complete waste of money and time."
