"Lovely powder chrome nails but the additional charge of £7 should have been advised during the process and not when it came to the final bill (especially when I asked for the total in advance!!). It was embarassing and unacceptable. Not happy with the change in management. Won't recommend going forward!!"

"I arrived at approximately 6pm after a long day at work and I was told to wait my turn. So I sat down and waited patiently. About 10 minutes later, a customer arrived and said she was in a hurry and didn't want to wait long, but she was asked to sit and wait her turn. The staff started to soak my nail shellac and then left me, immediately worked on the customer nails the WHOLE time I was waiting, then she was finished BEFORE me and left. I finally had my shellac done at 7pm. I was so upset that the staffs allowed this customer to jump the queue in front of me instead of waiting her turn. I was in the nail salon from 6pm until 7pm for a 30 mins shellac service. I tore up the loyalty card and will use the business's competitor next time. Queue jumping is BAD."
"First time using them. Was so pleased and relieved I've finally found a nail place that cares about my nails and not just wanting my money. Linda was amazing she did my pedi and dip powder. Her advice Was nice as it showed she cares about her customers. The other staff were very friendly too."
