Reviews
"nice asda nice staff got to go in early on the sunday and wait for the tills to open was a nice experience"
"When their scanning app failed, (not my fault, I'm tech savvy - it appeared to be a bug in their app), their staff seemed to have no idea, and absolutely no interest in finding anyone in the store to look into it so I could do my shop. The staff were totally disinterested and one was quite rude. I will not be shopping in that store again as I'm not used to being treated that way."
"Staff treat you like a hindrance. You can’t move in the store for the staff pushing you out the way with the home shopping trollies. Others block isles while they are stocking shelves with boxes and cages making it impossible to get anywhere. Sadly not just a one off but pretty standard experience no matter what time of the day / night you go in there. Management need to reassess their priorities and train staff to treat customers with respect remembering without them they don’t have jobs!"
"Wheelchair Access is great but there has been a change to the flooring since I was there last, in a wheelchair feels like mini speed humps are at the end of every aisle at the counter ends not till end. While most won't notice these can I say people with spinal pain feel every one. other than that nice store"
"There was an abundance of unstocked shelves where popular brands of various foods were missing. For someone who has shopped at the new store since it opened and the previous store for at least 10 before that, and used the various pandemic services to their utmost flexibility, I wonder if its time to look elsewhere for the staples of life? At over 4 and a half score years I wonder if it's worth it..............although the choice is most tempting."
