"I am so very disappointed with the ridiculous rules at this nail bar. I have been in several times and had a nice experience... until this week. I was surprised at check out time that £10 was added to my manicure because they had to file off the gel polish that was applied elsewhere. They would have had to remove it to reapply anyway. I then called to have an acrylic infill and after being put on hold 3 times, they refused to do it if the acrylic was applied elsewhere. I own a salon in the states and have never heard of such a policy. Guess they are not interested in new clients. I was going to see them for my hair cut and color as well but they have just lost themselves a good client. While I was there 2 clients walked in for their appts. Booked through treatwell and the appts. Did not show up on the salons schedule. They were not happy clients... what a mess!"
