"Was a regular customer here but not anymore. Every time I pre-book and get to the salon on time they leave me waiting 1 hour + and I never complained. Today I was 20 minutes late to my pre-booked appointment and they refused to do my nails as it would mean their clients later in the day would have to wait. Bare in mind the salon was empty when I arrived. Their attitude was awful. Wouldn’t recommend."
