"Do not use this company anymore. Obviously has new people running it and it’s gone completely downhill. Booked a spray tan, nobody showed up. When I called the salon was offered no apology and told the only option was to now go instore. ZERO customer service. Last three times I have visited the salon I have also waited up to an hour each time and same as someone else below I had one experience of being burned with hot wax. Basically avoid this place like the plague. They have no care for customer feedback if you are not happy."

"I was burnt during a wax which has never happened to me before. I normally always go somewhere else this is the first time i had been to the walnut club. Mistakes can happen so when i emailed to say i was still in pain from the burn and requested a refund i got a response of false statements about what had happened and was told its because i have sensitive skin and i wasn't burnt among other bizarre statements?? They have been so rude and scary about me trying to complain. AVOID"

"Quite a strange experience for my first manicure here. None of the pictures on Google are current, in fact it looks nothing like this when you're inside. The manicure itself was fine, nothing amazing, but the general vibe felt odd."
