"3 stars because, despite everything, they will make your nails looks beautiful. So, if that’s all you want—go for it. Personally, I won’t be back. The chairs and tables were messy, no clean towels in the bathroom or hand wash station. I told them (a few times) I did not want schellac, yet they started putting it on my nails anyway. When I asked the tech to stop, he got visibly angry. Then he asked why I wanted my nails painted a certain way…not sure why I need to explain why I want my nails painted a certain way… I had booked for a mani-pedi. But stopped after my manicure. No lotion, no hand massage. Didn’t even soak my fingertips. I think the place is awesome if you want long, fake nails with all the fixings. But if you’re like me, and just want to feel pampered, this isn’t the place."
