"Excellent, Polite, Helpful and Michael is a STAR for fixing my nails today today! After a 'nail tech' filed and prepped my nails tried to add Acrylic on to my Gel Powdered nails and lie to my face that it was in fact Gel she was using for infill...no not today Lucifer... We argued in English and I left her with mouth open and no coin and went straight Posh Nail. I explained what happened and Michael went straight to work to fix me up nice and sexy again! Very pleased indeed!!! And he did not charge me any extra! *Good value for money - Yeah he can be outspoken but most of the time its because he just wants the best outcome for the customer - This is my opinion - he is the best nail specialist. From my experience and from what I have witnessed over the years..The BEST in the South West."
"I've been a client here for probably 5 years now, I always get shellac on my natural nails and they always last at least 2-3 weeks. The staff are always welcoming, they take very good care of me every time and not to mention they like to banter, which I have absolutely no problem with. Other clients who have no sense of humour get easily offended but they're obviously just miserable people. Sometimes there might be a bit of a wait, but I'd rather wait here than somewhere else that doesn't make me feel welcome. Will be continuing my business with them for many more years :)"
