"I wouldn’t even give this establishment 1 single star. I got my eyelashes done here BIG MISTAKE DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN TOUCH YOUR EYELASHES. My eyelashes have been ripped out in clumps because of this evil lady. She charges individual lash prices and uses cluster lashes, she has NO ISOLATION WHATSOEVER I WILL ATTACH PICTURES. I’m actually so fuming this woman has ruined my eyelashes with her cheap fake glue the lashes she used were rock hard and have pulled all my natural lashes off. Do NOT LET THIS WOMAN TOUCH YOUR EYELASHES. She uses glue that makes your nose sting from how strong the fumes are and the worst thing is she didn’t even have a fan to try to stop the stinging of the glue. She gave me a letter she received in the post to fan my watery eyes. She is so unprofessional and rude as well forget about good customer service. HOW HAVE YOU STUCK EYELASHES ON TOP OF MULTIPLE EYELASHES. I’m in total shock at how this woman is ruining people’s lashes, probably causing eye infections. Never ever ever ever returning to this place again"
"Came for the first time today and now will regularly return to this nail salon. They are all very welcoming and friendly. I felt very taken care of and pampered while getting my pedicure. They made sure i received the very best service they could offer me and were not pushy. They were very clear with what to expect from the pedicure I picked."
"Nice bar, am happy with my nails they look very nice. But the woman who was doing my nails asked for £2 extra to cut off the remaining bits of cuticle skin after she had filed them off. Most places cut that off as included in the price, and I wasn’t happy that I was suddenly told I would be charged that at the time, since that’s a basic part of the process and I think it’s ridiculous to charge an extra 2 pounds for that. Other than that, good experience."
"Went to get my nails done as this had high reviews however my nails have not lasted at all, this picture is 48 hours in and lots of chips, second nail is actually peeling back but can’t see in this photo. I’m really annoyed as going away tomorrow so thought it would at least last a week. Also got told £27 at start but at end charged £30 due to different colours of each nail which doesn’t cost them anything at all! Feel I could’ve done a better job on my own gel nail machine, a lot of regret coming here! I had two women do my nails as they switched half way. The second one did extremely thick layer and did not spend much time at all, maybe 2 seconds each nail applying the colour. Seemed like a massive rushed job and nail felt really thick coming out. Also this is my first ever review, just had to review this place due to how bad my nails are now, absolute joke!"
"I’m not sure where to even begin. This was the most interesting experience. Walking in place doesn’t quite look like the photos. It seems a bit messy with a lot of different things in all different places. The nail bar is this behind a barbershop so when you first walk in your greeted by dark leather chairs and mirrors for haircutting. Once you get to the back there are walls of nail polish and powders and all the things you expect to see in a salon. I was wary about the experience because often times I find that nail salons are not up to my standards. I would say that this experience today was one of duality. Woman was able to fix my nails after a different terrible manicure that I had but also may or may not have done things that I really didn’t want like putting acrylic powder on. Overall the lady and the young gentleman that we’re working we’re both very nice. It did feel like they were trying to constantly upsell you on things, for example a customer that was there with me when they told her they didn’t have a matching color for her pedicure to her hands in normal polish but she could upgrade to shellac for only 5 pounds more. The result of my manicure which was meant to be a dip powder, was what smelled and looked like acrylic powder which she called “gel powder” covered by gel. The authenticity to the gel powder I cannot speak to however I can say that the results in the end were acceptable. They are not the best nails I’ve had done but it will protect my natural nail until I can get another manicure. At the end of the day the total for my manicure with the gel powder or acrylic powder depending on who you ask and the gel shellac was 30 pounds. I would say this for honesty that I accidentally gave the woman 40 pounds and she very kindly returned me the 10 and said that it was too much. I don’t think it’s a bad option in a pinch if you need a manicure done quickly. it looks like the gel that they did on the woman’s next to me was actually quite all right. Although to its durability I can’t be sure. To be honest I am just very grateful for the quick fix that I received there since I have a wedding to go to in a week and my hands looked in terrible shape."
