"I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I had no need to be. I arrived 10 mins early and I was seen straight away. I had infills and gel. Both were good and great value for money."

"Asked for gel extensions and they gave me acrylic, fine they charge me for it.Then one on my thumb has already broken while cooking (less than 3 hours), which is no surprise as the one who did mine, finished, before the person who was sat 2 rows from me even though they had started before I did. They didn’t do any cuticle work either, so they look like they’ve grown out abit already, rather than look fresh. The one who did my nails made a rude comment about how my natural ones are “like paper”, which I didn’t appreciate. I called up to ask for a refund as they never gave me what I actually wanted and one is broke. The guy I spoke to said how do I know it’s acrylic and not gel powder, when I’ve had both in the past and then he simply said “no we don’t do refunds”. What’s worse, I only had to wait 15 minutes for someone, and there was only one person after me, can’t have been that busy. Defiantly wouldn’t go back or recommend."

"I went to this nail salon around 2 weeks ago for a dip nail set. Now I have an infected finger because they cut my finger with the mechanical file. The man doing my nails even knew he cut me but didn't say anything. I was bleeding from two fingers. Ridiculous. Bad customer service and the price does not reflect the quality. Absolute rip off. Apparently dip nail infections are common because they use the same powder for every customer when it's actually meant to be thrown out after one customer. They have pots they probably just refill. Very unhygienic and make sure you tell them to be careful or they will butcher your nails."

"I have been a customer for several years now. I have realised that this is the nail parlo3with best value for your money and very efficient staff. I have NEVER been disappointed with the results, no matter how busy they are. They offer Cash only service so please go prepared. The toilet is not the best and adjoined to a neighbouring tailoring shop. They do provide a clean sink and towels to wash your hands and clean drinking water."
