"Terrible experience and poor service. Had my nails (acrylic) for 5 days and few started to peel. The main reason I am writing this is because they were extremely rude. I went in to explain the situation to see if they could fix them and the woman who helped at the front desk was anything less than helpful. I told her they were peeling and she says what do you want me to do then? I don’t understand the attitude I am the one who paid for a service that didn’t meet the satisfaction of “their standards”. They ended up changing them without charge but at this point I already felt so uncomfortable and obviously not wanted there. At the end tried to explain to the man how unsatisfactory the service was and he said our way of apologizing is by not charging you. Again first I am only in there cause their work started to come off. I didn’t come in to be treated in such a rude way which brought me to tears. It was humiliating. I wasn’t looking for free service just wanted them to be fix and instead got treated in a way that was super unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Don’t go, Don't go! I know the way that the girl was behaving and talking to me, was clear she was annoyed. I know how each word sounded. She just showed up how stressed she was for fixing my nails. At the end she left me and went to get her nails done without even say how long I should wait there, ( I asked to leave, cause I had enough) when I said how I felt the whole time since I got there no one cared about, the guy just said to me that I WILL FIND MY WAY... I am the only one who is traumatized by the experience that I had. I never wrote anything bad about a service, I just don't come back, but this one deserved a review. Even having a problem with my nails I was up to keep getting my nails done there, but honestly after the terrible treatment I got there, I wont come back."

"Really nice salon it was my first time and will definitely be going back next time. They were very gentle with your hands and nails not pulling your hands at all. Also really clean and relaxing salon. Only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is because there was a little bit of gluey stuff left on my hand and on one of my nails. Not really a big problem though."
