"Very average. Staff weren’t very friendly. I think it’s a bit overpriced for the quality of the work. Chipped within a week on two nails but the rest lasted well. Would only go back if I was unable to book elsewhere sorry."

"I came in for a shape and polish, the nails turned out great however the customer service was lacking. The nail tech was impolite and did not make conversation at any given point whilst doing my nails. They spent most of the time on their phone and before getting my nails painted they rudely asked for the money. I recommend you go some where else if you want your nails to be painted in a lively atmosphere, without it being awkward."

"the woman told me i was getting a £3 shaping and polish. she then did the service and charged me £13 and told me it was a hand manicure. she didn't even paint my nails. on the website, it says a full manicure costs £10. the salon was not clean. the woman did not talk to me at all. she completely overcharged me and was not at all apologetic. she made out that the problem was more to do with me than her. poor service. i do not recommend and will not be returning."
