"My second time getting a blowout by Leciann when I visit London and no complaints! Easy online booking, easy in and out. They give you a little book with some blowout styles to choose from. I was in and out in no time looking fresh!"
"If I could give this company less than a 1 star review I would. When I lived in London I used to go frequently but now I live outside of London I visit less often. I had booked an appointment today and I spent two hours trying to get into London as the M4 into London was closed. I had no intention of missing my appointment and called the reception 3 times. Lisa at reception was extremely rude, callous and inhumane. She had no interest in trying to assist me with trying to find a solution. In fact all she did was tell me I would be charged regardless, at the end when I said there is just no way I can make it in on time she dismissed it gleefully telling me she would be charging me and laughed when I said I will dispute it with my credit card company given I made every effort to attend. She then went to charge me £170 immediately, before both my appointments were even scheduled and without any reasonable discussion. I would never use such an inhuman and unreasonable company again. I made all efforts to come, in fact I was messaging with the nail technician the night before about the appointment (to which I need for a photoshoot on Tuesday). Lisa made no attempt to help me rebook and waive the charge, to offer to reduce it to half because I had attempted to come and by no fault of my own couldn't get into London. Totally unacceptable, inhumane and disgusting. Will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know personally and through social media to not use them."
"Such a lovely experience using their services twice for now and I already have a future booking with them! So nice and warm welcome from the Stuff, amazing ladies offering such a great manicure and pedicure services I been having there! Honestly, I tried few places where I wasted my time and money, but no one like Dryby! Highly recommended for everyone who appreciates and wants high quality services! Xx"
"I booked for the wedding manicure & I was hoping for some guidance on the best style but the manicurist provided very little guidance or any suggestions to my questions. I ended up looking up their instagram for idea’s while she was doing my nails. The nails are nice but for the money it felt quite impersonal and bleak. I wouldn’t hurry back."
"From the second I stepped foot into the Clinique I was not only met by a friendly and smiling person, but also a calm atmosphere. Soon I was immediately indulged into the wholesomeness and aesthetics of the salon: from the delicious cup of oat cappuccino to the detailed work of Paola, who did my nails, I have never felt more happy leaving a nail saloon! I will most definitely be returning!"
