"Got recommended to this place by a friend. The staff are friendly. The place is nice and clean. Got my manicure done with Valentyna. She is very easy to communicate with, she also has a good taste on colours. Explained me carefully the base I specifically chose. I appreciated that she assisted me to arrange my last minute pedicure appointment with Silvia.Silvia did a great job as well. She’s very kind and making sure if I feel okay with each steps. Both service are fantastic and efficient. Very pleased with the results. Considering the location and the service they provide, I’d say the price is fairly lower. If you are in a budget and wanting to get pretty nails. This is the place. Highly recommend!"

"I have been coming to Townhouse for almost a year. I am paying usually around £75 for the manicure. They always promise the quality. Well let me tell you although there are some individuals amazing good at manicures others are just poorly trained. Please take a look at my manicure 2 days after the job was done, the nails just fell off! To make it even worse this was the 2nd round, as I was traveling to Paris and was not able to come to correct fallen nails, I had to rebook my appointment. When I emailed townhouse my query was ignored and when I called them they told me that my nails are not compatible with the material. How rude is this. They did kindly offer me a discount on the gel overlay but they have destroyed my nails completely. So I say no thank you!!! I am shocked how was I treated and deeply disappointed with the services I have received given thats round 75£. I would expect much more."

"I genuinely did not think it was worth my money nor did the manicure I received lived up to the "premium" nail salon that Townhouse claims to be. My friend and myself both had Ukrainian refugees as technician doing our nails and I am pleased that the company is supporting Ukrainian refugees and providing them with means of supporting themselves. However, I think it's the duty and the responsibility of the company to ensure they are properly trained to a certain standards before receiving customers or have a senior technician look over them. The paint was extremely thick and it had a lot of bubbles. I was able to see one that was extremely bubbly and voiced my concerns. Unfortunately I did not notice this until towards the end of the session. As such, I was hastily dealt with by the technician as she was getting ready for the next client. She quickly removed the paint and re-painted it to try to resolve the issue. She asked if everything was ok but that was immediately after she re-painted, as of course bubbles did not form yet as it was right after. However, as time went on and started drying more, a lot of bubbles started to appear. As a result, my nails are looking very uneven due to the bubbles and looking quite unflattering. Unfortunately I had such a disappointing experience and I don't think my £47 was worth it at all as my nails looked worse than I've done them myself. I've attached a photo of my nails. As you can see, one of the nail have extreme bubbling and this was the nail that was re-painted and rushed. The nail on the right side was patchy and you can actually see my nail bed despite being double coat."

"Chrysa is awesome! I did a gel manicure the shape she did for me elongated my nails, chose an awesome colour too with beautiful nail design. Salon is clean, on time and all the staff are polite, professional and super friendly."
