"BEWARE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am so disappointed in this salon and the customer service from Cathy. She sounded SO nice when I spoke to her over the phone to make my appointment for an acrylic refill. This is clearly a facade as she is rude and incredibly unprofessional in her dealings with clients. When I arrived for my appointment, her and her colleague were talking and didn't really acknowledge me. I sat down and Cathy began my refill. Whilst she is very fast (my refill and colour were done within about 25 mins), she did not take care in how she shaped or painted my nails. She was on her phone often during our treatment. I attempted to make conversation with her, but she had no interest in talking. At the end of my refill and colour, I noticed my nails had a couple of errors on the paint work which she reluctantly fixed. I then noticed the sides of my nails were incredibly sharp and not rounded as I had come in with. She told me this is not her problem and if I had a problem, I should have told her before she painted! She never once asked me to check my nails before painting to see if I was happy. Although I was visibly unimpressed and unhappy, she promptly got the machine and asked for payment. I paid and left. I was going to write this review but I decided to contact her over the phone first to see if she would be willing to correct my nails as I also saw a few of them were not even straight. She again said it's me who should have spoken up during treatment and it's not her problem to have to fix them. After sending her photos to proof what I was saying, she said she would straighten only 2 of my nails! She also then said, if I go to her or another salon I should speak then and not call after. Its not exactly like she dealt with any of my criticism well when I was at the salon either! She is very hard to talk to. I am utterly shocked that she would rather lose a new customer and all my recommendations than to reshape and repaint my nails that she didn't do properly in the first place. I will never come back to this salon and will be warning my friends and colleagues to not go here. If you decide to listen to the good reviews like I did, I truly hope you have a better experience than I did! Because if you are unhappy, she will not be willing to fix it! And of course you as the customer will be in the wrong!"

"Fantastic. Extremly thorough and the nails keep beautiful for a long time. On this occasion it was a fix job after a horrifying experience in another salon. Cathy did a FANTASTIC job."

"Very creative nail tech!! She's brilliant at what she does and us very welcoming. The until is quite small however this still isn't to much of an issue as the nail tech works well in time with her appointment system so the shop space isn't over crowded. Overall I'm very pleased with my first experience, will definitely be going back!!!"
