"I am not one to leave public reviews but I hope that with this I am going to spare someone the trouble. I went to this salon and asked for powder gel nails, instead I got these horrible gel extensions, that the lady didn’t even file properly. All of my nails were different lengths, different shapes and on to top it all off, she put too much polish on the edge, which dripped and dried in a clump underneath my nail. I thought she was going to take that off at the end with the nail milling machine, but imagine my shock when she told me I was done. Will never step into this salon again, I’m surprised it’s survived this long in an area like Kensington."

"Possibly the most depressing nail salon I’ve been to and I don’t agree that the Owner/manager swears in front of her customers not a good look at all Terrible atmosphere, no music no Christmas decks and to finish off my experience I have to pay £48 for a really bad manicure….."

"i made a reservation and arrived on time at 2pm. the person at the desk told me she was busy/backed up and to come back later in the day at 6 pm. after waiting 4 hours for the appointment i made to prior, i arrived early for the same woman to tell me that the woman who was meant to do my nails “left early” and there was nothing she could do for me. she wasted my time and did not do anything to make up for the immense disappointment this caused. i really really wanted to support a minority business, being an asian woman myself and really tried to work with this company but unfortunately i have no idea how they continue to run with how they appear to be managing their business. i STRONGLY do not suggest this place and think you should spend your hard earned money and sacred time at a place that respects you."
