Booked an appointment for gel manicure & pedicure for 12pm, I kept asking when I would be seen as I had been waiting for around an hour and then a man came over, filed my nails so so badly and cut my cuticles so they bled, didn’t even start my mani or pedi and then went on to see someone else. At 1:45pm I was still sitting there with nobody saying one word to me and with my bloody cuticles. This has happened both times I have been here they leave you waiting for hours. Staff so so rude and disregarding. Definitely go elsewhere"
"The nails turned out nice the prices are alright I guess could be better. I went to get both my nails and toes done, I felt very unwelcome they would kiss their teeth at you if you ask for something such as a extra layer of top coat ect or when you by accident smudge a finger, they are quite rude and hardly speak English and get angry at you when you don’t understand them."
