"I was in their shop today for second time, just after 5 days my nail broken and I called them, they said me come here but staff do not care about me and she shouted me for a 5 minoutes, I was shoke, how she can have a bad behaviour with coustomer they are not professional, she was so rude with me, they made me so mad and I am not happy because they sharge me £ 110 but they do not know have a good coustomer care"
"If your going to use this place to get your nails done I would reccomend only getting either Tracey or Amy to do them, everytime one of the men in this salon have done my nails they have been shoddy to say the least. Had to go bsck today after my visit on Friday as the shellac I had done had started to chip and crumble. Amy kindly re did them for me and they look 10x better than they did when I left on Friday."
