"Terrible customer service, they are rude and make you feel uncomfortable, been there a few times and always said to myself I will never return. This last time my shellac nails lasted for 9 days before they started peeling off."

"I got SNS and it started chipping the next day and broke my nails. My nails ended up weak because the person taking off my nails didn’t know what he was doing. He kept on pulling out instructions and his colleagues had to correct him numerous times. Extremely disappointed, poor quality nail’s & service. Definitely would not recommend."

"The experience of the salon is great but the lady who did my pedicure and manicure did not remove the dead skin entirely. The gel polish started peeling off after one week itself which is a sign of bad layering method and i do not do any chores that could ruin this. My gel polish stay for good 4-5 weeks but not this time. Utter waste of money. I contacted them and they refused to take responsibility :) talk about good customer service."

"I came for a pedicure to this salon with my partner today. Even though we didn’t have a booking they took us right away. We had to sit with our feet in water for a while but it was worth the wait. The lady who did my nails was Bella and she was very lovely, kind, professional and precise. The salon didn’t even charge me for a takeoff of my previous hard gel polish I had on my feet.❤️ The overall atmosphere in the salon was lovely. Everyone had great mood and a genuine smile on their faces even though they haven’t stopped since morning. Even the customers started conversation with other customers, total strangers but it was just lovely to see humans being friendly which is rare in today’s world filled with smartphones and everyone staring in them :)"
