"I attended the shop today for the first time, from start to finish the member of staff who assisted me with my pedicure made it feel like I was at a spa, it was such a lovely service and a warm environment that I rested my eyes and was able to listen to my podcast in total relaxation and indulgence. I have been to many nail salons and locations but by far this was the best I’ve been to so far. I pray that your shop remains a blessing and that growing success does not change the service you provide to your customers. I gave a tip specifically to the member of staff who assisted me, I hope all the staff members there are at the same standard as him. Thank you for your service, especially as I had an arduous exercise/training session that morning, so it was a great end to the morning."

I was there the whole time while she was getting her nails done .. how can you say noone was with her plus she speaks perfect english sorry if we can not speak YOUR english but we speak the english from the United Kingdom! And second she clearly said to the guy that make the nails completely short at the end due to the damage the guy has caused but he make them uneven ! Please see it yourself i believe this has nothing to do with english only eyes have to be used for this task! And stop being rude because we all can speak english just the workers there can not understand the united kingdom english sorry about that. And we will not recommend you or allow ourselves to be damaged more thank you! DO NOT USE! My friend had a manicure done from them. She was with her natural nails long and beautiful picture is attached. We explained clearly what she wants to be done/new colour and the nails to be slightly shorter but the same shape/.After the colour was removed he started to cut the nails and shape them .Nails were cut diferent lengths and shape was completely different , any ways because of language barrier my friend made a compromis with the shape and all because the guy wasn't speaking English. At the end instead of apology we was asked to pay £20 wich we didn't pay because my friend nails was completely ruined. The guys who was working there told that the job is perfect done, I will leave with you take your decision is it done or it is a joke.We left them £10. We should not leave money at all but they can have a coffee and think what was done for her and what it wasn't ."
