"Complete and utter waste of time. They have no consideration of customer’s time nor value their customers. I was told to come back in 40 minutes as they were busy (which I didn’t mind) went back at the time given not only were they tending to other people (who were not there at the time previously) I was told AGAIN to come back in 30 minutes. Poor service it’s literally like you are on a conveyor belt. There are much better nail salons around the area just as competitive in price and who do value their customers time opposed to seeing them as walking £££. Take your business else where. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!!!"

"Very small nail bar located on north end road. Two pedicure units and 2 manicure units & 3 members of staff. The staff are lovely and polite. This place can get really busy especially during peak times. I’ve noticed that when it is busy and there are people waiting they tend to rush to finish your nails quickly so they can tend to the next person. The price is cheaper than most nail bars so you get what you pay for. My last acrylic set looked good but wasn’t done to perfection (the nail shapes were not uniform). I use this nail bar for convenience and price."

"Love Pretty Nail! The staff are so sweet and really friendly, have had my nails done here three times and I’ve been really happy every time. The prices are cheaper than anybody else on North End Road and the service is great. The salon is TINY (two chairs for pedicures and two stations for manicures) and it gets very busy as it’s so popular, so you may have to wait to be seen."
