"I have been four times to this establishment and they are friendly but not great at what they are supposed to do. The first time it was mani pedi shellac, had to go back polish on one nail peeling off fixed free of charge. Next time builders gel again an incident where I had to go back nail broke was told it was because my nails were too long. Next visit builders gel did not ask for manicure but they gave me it so had to pay they cut down nails glued broken nail, glue did not hold had to go back next day so had SNS powder on it. So just before Xmas made appt for mani pedi got price £75 and requested SNS. They did not glue split nail resulting in it now open underneath and coming away but cannot glue it cut it. Also was charged £77 not £75 but he did not know why and I paid it and gave them tip of £10.00 so £87 in total. Due to having issues on every occasion and getting overcharged by £2.00 for no reason I will not be back. Like I say they are friendly but not experienced I feel and after four visits you would think your a regular but they do not make you feel that way. I feel they are very money oriented rather than loving the job."

"Honestly, such a disappointing experience. While having a pedicure (which was fine), someone came to file my fingernails and they clipped and filed them all away to nothing. I noticed after one hand and it was too late to rectify. I then had to opt for gel extensions which I do not want. They look fine but after leaving all of the nails on one hand are way shorter than those on the other hand which feels horrible and unbalanced. It’s going to take a while for my nails to recover after this and they had the audacity to charge me full price despite the experience. Won’t be returning, way more reliable services out there."
