"I've been to Jennifer's a few times and feel they offer good services at affordable prices. The manager/owner is always very polite and tries to make conversation with customers, which i appreciate. You should definitely get a pedicure there (your feet will be super smooth and they even give a mini foot massage). I'd gladly recommend Jennifer's Nails to others."

"The shellac nail paint was cute but the manicure was sub-par. Usually a manicure includes soaking your nails to soften cuticle, cuticle trim etc. None of that here, the nail drill/electric file was used to file away (!) my cuticles and then my actual natural nail surface (which was completely clean and smooth). I've never had this before and am now worried for my natural nails. Shame because service was OK, although staff do talk about you in their native language right in front of your face."

"I visited this salon for a quick infill, had to wait 1.5hours without first being told! Ladies with appointments after me were seen to first! Out of greed they make you wait around- when I was seen my appointment took only 30mins- nail paint was rushed and scruffy. I had diamantés added and one finger had less crystals then the other! The staff were not apologetic for the extremely long wait and pushed ahead other customers because they were creating a fuss whilst I waited patiently! Absolutely shocking service! Not impressed! Barnet council need to do more to protect customers from such business!"

"Really disappointed after today’s service. This used to be my favourite nail salon. I had been to others but would always end up going back to Jennifer's in collindale, because they would always do amazing job and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. However today, even though I had an appointment I was still waiting a further 30 minutes. The delay isn’t even what annoyed me the most, my nails which normally take 40 minutes, today we’re done in 25-30 minutes and you can tell by looking at them they’ve been rushed. The apex on each nail is uneven and slightly lumpy, can’t be sure if the materials used today were of poor quality or that they look rushed as if done by someone untrained. After today’s visit here I wouldn’t recommend them to others and will not be going back there on the future."
