Townhouse Kensington

"I’ve been a Townhouse client since 2018 and always received quality treatments and service therefore when the Kensington branch local to me opened I was excited to book an appointment. I had a lovely pedicure but sadly I can’t say the same for my manicure/ gel nail extensions. The result was thick, chunky, uneven and frankly made my fingers/ nails look deformed. Unhappy (and extremely sad!) I asked the lady who did my treatment if she could either fix or do a removal. As she had her next client she asked me to speak to her manager who said they were back to back and couldn’t help me. I did not receive an apology or even an attempt at finding a solution but was met with a dismissive attitude and was told customer care would contact me. Customer care did not contact me as the Kensington manager likely didn’t inform them of the situation so I called them, they were extremely helpful and asked me to send photos to determine how they could assist me. (Photos attached of my nails with Townhouse nail extensions and after being fixed by my local independent nail salon who fixed the issue in 15minutes) Ultimately I was given a refund for the treatment and I was offered a 20% discount for my next treatment- customer care were great (5 stars for their team!) but sadly for me the Kensington branch is not representative of the usual Townhouse quality nor in terms of treatment level nor how they welcome you."

"It’s the 3rd time in this salon! Amazing experience! And I think that’s actually a perfect one. All specialists are professionals, manicure is always done very well, the polish lasts for 2+ weeks (usually for me it’s 1 week max). I can admit it’s the best salon ever in London!"

"Super modern, beautiful salon. Besides offering great manicures and pedicures they also have vegan nail polish (which is quite rare), complimentary cocktails and really lovely staff. You can choose from regular colors but they also have really amazing nail art options. Going to townhouse feels like such a treat."
