Treat Nails Wimbledon

"Acrylic take off and put back on took 1 hour 45 minutes. My nails are all different shapes. Was told manager was not in and still made to pay. Waiting for a resolution. I would never go back here. My regular nail place charges £40 for this and this cost £55. Appalling."

"Terrible experience. No respect and cate for regular clients. Ignoring my presence after being late for only few minutes. Very rude, and I would not recommend this place for people who want to be treated with care. As this place only care for the mass but not regular clients."

"Very disappointed with the customer service. I have booked an appointment for my mum and myself and were a little bit late (10min). I did call in few times to say that we are getting there 10 minutes later as there was traffic, but no-one picked up the phone. When we arrived, they told us to pick the colour and wait, which we did. Since then they all were busy and I was still waiting for an hour. After that I asked them few times when would they serve me as they served many people and ignored me being there and waiting. It was very rude from them and I didn't expect to be treated that way. I asked again when they will serve me but they said to come tomorrow as I was late. After such waste of time I am not coming back as they do not care about their regular customers and have no attitude towards them. Very Frustrating"
