"Disappointed! First time tried this place for a pedicure. Water to soak feet in foot bath was icy cold! Only after asking for the water to be heated did they bring out a kettle of boiling water. Stone treatment was nice touch but barely warm. When they expected me to pay £28 I said I think based on my experience you should reduce the price. They did and asked me not to return! Wow. I’ve lived in Chiswick over 25 years and have used my regular nail facilities knowing what services to expect for a pedicure. I’m thus disappointed . May I say my technician was excellent but service could be improved."

"Went to Rich Nails so they could rectify an Acrylic & Shellac I had just completed elsewhere and was unhappy with. The team took me in during a busy period and did a really nice job fixing my nails from scratch, with new extensions and acrylic. Would recommend"

Staff know limited English until it comes to asking for every customer in the shop to walk to the nearest cash point. £71 for my hands and feet acrylic nails ,very over priced for just over a week later 2 of my toe acrylics have already fallen off."
