"I’ve been going to this nail shop for many years and have always been happy with the service and with the outcome of my nails!! I literally can go into the shop show them a picture and have that replicated to the highest quality! And I’m not talking easy designs. My acrylic powder is always laid to perfection and my shaping it’s always on point. All you have to do is ask or say if you don’t like something and the staff will act promptly to satisfy the customer. I have recommend many people including family to this shop that still use it to this day. Yes they speak their own language but I come from a family that does the same because most of the time it’s the easiest and clearest way to communicate. Infinity nails is a great establishment and if they weren’t they wouldn’t be still running after all these years and still booking multiple appointments a day. Keep doing the great work Infinity nails!!!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lady who answered the phone was very cold and blunt which I thought maybe because she’s busy but once I arrived there were only two customers in the shop so wasn’t busy. The service was awful, I have cuts all over my fingers/nails from how rough they were. They didn’t once communicate with me but instead communicated with each other in their language infront of all clients. I felt so uncomfortable and I tried to speak to one of the lady’s working there but she was not interested and instead turned to her colleagues to make conversation. Ridiculous price for the service. Even if it was good quality it still wouldn’t of been worth the price. Please avoid. Better off paying less somewhere else and getting 10 times better customer service and quality nails. Surprised they have so many decent reviews because I’ve never been to a worse nail salon! AVOID"
