"after a customer complaint about unprofessional work, the woman in question sat on the chair to do my manicure and I replied that I didn't want her after what I saw and heard, during which she rudely and disrespectfully kicked me out of the salon and said that no one will do it for me the manicure. I wasted over an hour waiting. I do not recommend terrible service"

"Been going there since the end of lockdown. My nails have never ever lifted once and need doing every 3 to 4 sometimes 5 weeks. Which is perfect fir me."

"I asked how much it would be before my nails were started and was quoted £45, however despite me asking them to tell me if any of my nail options would increase that price at every opportunity(and nothing being said by them) they then charged me £50. They also made me bleed on 2 separate fingers due to hard filing and didn’t seem to care. Would avoid as there are other nail salons close by."

"Amazing as always, I won't go anywhere else it's a 40 minute drive for me as I have moved out of Worcester Park, but so worth it. I have been going there for over 10 years and will continue too. If you want your nails done at a certain time I would book as it gets extremely busy, but bookings take presence over walk ins."

"The spa was running slightly late however it was a friendly and professional service & apologised for slight delay. I was v happy with the overall result! Be aware the chrome effect gel nails seem to chip easier than non-chrome effect. Foot massage is quite basic but hot stones were lovely nonetheless. Would definitely go back. Thanks!!"
