"Came here as it’s close to family about 2 hours drive. My sister chose to come for her birthday treat last week when we had the snow. Exactly 2 mins past appointment, my sister got a call while we walked from the car park. Very apologetic that she waited for me due to travel on my part which was snowing and coming from Kent. So lucky I left with an extra hour spare! On arrival the blonde girl was the opposite of friendly. The other lady was understanding of the 5 minute late arrival. We were asked where our flip flops were… were never told about this and had never received treatment like this so my crystal ball didn’t tell me. Barely said a word during treatment due to the long face of the lady doing my treatment, and not even a hi. So a less enjoyable experience than I was expecting. Both ladies treating us, moved to doing other people and the moody one became chatty to the other customers. Clearly had the Hump for the minor delay that can’t be helped in weather condition. Time she made up by a 30 minute pedicure…. But very very unprofessional and will NOT come here when I visit family. We had additional treatments booked but decided to stop at the one. Factoring others and being mindful, all staff should be calm positive and realise they need to not be full of attitude when customers come for treatments. I feel this was unprofessional. Lack experience here but nails were cut with cuticle clippers too! Decor inside is nice"

"8 months ago: 5 star review Thorough and relaxing. Gel always lasts ages. However, went for a gel manicure before Christmas. I arrived 4 min late. When I arrived the station hadn’t been cleaned. No tools etc and a dirty towel. My therapist spent some time cleaning the station and starting the treatment. After doing one hand, than manager (who was doing a pedicure) loudly announced that I couldn’t have a full manicure as I was late. As I tried to explain they weren’t ready for me and had only been a little late she continued to argue with me while other therapists and patrons watched. It was uncomfortable and extremely embarrassing. I wanted to leave but they force you to pay a 50% deposit online. I contacted management to raise my concerns who asked for further details and offered a voucher. I responded but no voucher was ever received and my further emails were ignored. Really disappointing as I have previously written a 5 star review. I have often had to wait for my appointment at this salon. These things happen but the way I was treated was appalling."

"I took my sister today to Londora for her birthday to get a shellac mani and pedi done and I was planning to get gel on my fingers so we could have a pamper session together. It turns out there was only one lady to do both of our nails, I obviously let me sister go first but after waiting 90 minutes I didn’t want to sit there any longer so I didn’t end up getting my nails done. My sisters shellac application on her hands obviously wasn’t applied properly as it was bumpy and looked terrible. It was a real shame as she is a new mum and I wanted her to feel special today but it wasn’t what we expected at all, we won’t be coming back."

"The Nail bar is not only beautiful and clean, the staff are professional and kind. My nails have lasted over 3 weeks with NO chips. I’m a very pleased customer and my friend joined also who loves. See photo. Prices are affordable and suit the service we received. Will be returning time and time again. Highly recommend to All. X"

"I booked a manicure and pedicure online, all ok. They were very helpful letting me try two nails with a different silver polish just to see how they looked. I got there early and was seen straight away by Cindy. I was worried about the French manicure so she very patiently did one nail first to let me decide if it was what I wanted. It was and I'm very pleased with both french manicure and pedicure. I'll definitely be back."
