Usually my acrylic nails break (even when they’re short in length) but after going to Bouji Nails and getting very long nails, they haven’t broken and I am nearly 4 weeks in! "I booked a pedi with them 1 month ago with kyii for a holiday, they booked someone else at my time called me to change it with a Nicole who didn’t even work on the day that I booked for. Then called me on the day of my appointment to tell me Nicole can’t see me and they are fully booked. I asked for a refund of my deposit they said no whilst who ever I was speaking to was rude, cut the phone on me and did not pick my my call. Not only were they not taking accountability they were shouting on the phone. It isn’t the customers responsibility to run their booking service fix it or give people their refund. Very strange."
