"I have been coming here for years and Rachael the owner is so friendly and lovely. All the staff are amazing and what they do and very welcoming. Myself and my mum came in today to do a full set and gel powder, we had Rachael and Lucas doing our mania and we are very pleased with design we asked for and the service. "I would give it zero stars. Unprofessional staff, shellac messy and peeled off in 2 days. I got a Shellac Pedicure for holiday. Shellac is supposed to last 14 days minimum and should grow out. When I got home from the salon I noticed a big booboo on the big toe, the polish was taken outside the nail bed. Also you can see how messy the application is on the rest of the nails too. Within 2 days of being on holiday it started peeling off. entirely off some of the nails with ease. I wouldn't recommend this place as I paid £40 for this Manicure and it lasted 2 days, also the lady who did it was super slow and the end result isn't even perfect or correctly applied shellac which should have lasted 14 days. I asked for a refund but they refused. The place is super shady as they only accept cash or bank transfer payments. Now I can see why, there is no customer protection at all this way."
"I’ve been coming here for over a year now since I moved to the area and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rachel and the rest of the staff are amazing at what they do, so talented and friendly. There’s a great selection of colors and they always help me plan out the best designs. The service is always top notch and I’m always so happy when with the finished product.
