"Really upsetting I have to write this 2 days before Christmas. I had an appointment at 5pm today not only did I wait until 5:40pm to be seen, I showed the guy the nails taht I wanted, which was a French manicure, he gave me the wrong shape on my nail art and the pink part tahts supposed to be one colour is see through I basically have 3 different shades on my nails I absolutely hate them I told the guy I wasn’t happy he told me how he works hard and how the picture I showed him was photo shopped. I paid a whole 45 pounds for these ! I hate them I legit feel to cry, also every customer that came and left got a discount card for Christmas the guy didn’t even offer me one I will NEVER come here again even if it was free. Don’t waste your money guys."

"Been using Fashion Nails for a couple of years since my friend recommended them. I've got salons nearer home for me but I keep coming back to this one because I am always happy with their services. You can book an appointment, but many times I can walk in and they always find space to fit me in. Staff here are very efficient and always do a great job. In the last year or so they really updated the place with new paint, all new kit & new gel colours. Love love love the new colours! And the new chairs etc really make the place feel clean and modern. Definitely recommend."

"Avoid as per the other reviews. Went for a pedicure there, because they were the only nail salon on the high street that had appointments available- and I now understand why: - Nail Polish wasn’t applied professionally and chipped off two days later - The guy who did my nails kept digging his long nails into my skin. His English was very little, so he couldn’t understand my request to be more gentle. - He then removed my shellac whereby he ruined my nails and chopped them off - although I asked him to not shorten them. Maybe due to the lack of English. - The old lady who is the owner charged me more than when I booked the appointment originally, saying I misunderstood. - Two ladies who had come in with an appointment left as they had to wait for too long Overall, cheap nails place where they won’t understand what you need and that deserves the low review rating"

"I have gotten a manicure and pedicure from here on two seperate occasions. Firstly, the gel manicure lasted for so long, longer than any other manicure I have had. I don’t think anything chipped until about week 3, which for me is so good. I was so happy with how long lasting it was. I then went in for a pedicure with my colleague and the pedicure involved lots of extra things I hadn’t had elsewhere. I felt relaxed and the staff are really nice. I will definitely be making this my go to salon. Thanks"
