I set up a funeral plan over a year ago, they then moved me to a company i don't want to go with, surely its my choice who i go with? they offered me like for like but it would cost me over 1000 pounds more. I asked for my money back which is over 350 pounds and i'm told i cant get my money back and that i've lost it all. Surely they cant just decide to keep my money?
