"I would like to add my personal experience about getting "classic lashes extensions" done for £70 (like central London prices when it's only Acton?) Do not go here to do your lashes as I wanted to cry after it was done. As the technician claimed, she had experience for 10 years but I have been getting lashes for a while to know when someone actually mastered it or not. I asked for classic lashes, and never had a problem before with getting them. The technician suggested adding more "fuller lashes" as I have naturally thin lashes (which I agree with). Who knew I would be getting the effect of fake lashes glued instead of the "lash extensions" effect..And charging £70 for it is just ridiculous. Save your time and money, and choose a different place. Also, did not feel comfortable during and after the procedure as the technician just stays quiet when I say that I do not like them. Isn't the technician supposed to make it look better when the client says they do not like something? Highly unqualified technician"

"This is the worst place I have ever been for eyelashes! The eyelash technician/manager does not know how to do eyelashes! Complete rip off! My eyelashes look so bad - both look completely different, one eye has the lashes completely slanted out to the side and other eye has the lashes pointing upwards. One eye is a lot fuller and the other one is really thin! It initially looked so horrendous, the technician had to remove them and start again and still didn’t manage to fix it. She also had the audacity to say she’s done it wrong because one of my eyes is bigger than the other, which was a lie and irrelevant. She also complained at 7.15 that the store needs to be shut and said she usually closes it at 6.30. But on Google it says it’s open till 8pm! Honestly such a bad place for eyelashes with absolute ridiculous prices and terrible customer service! I’d avoid this place at all cost! Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics and how the place looks! I literally don’t know how I’m going to leave my house with such disastrous eyelashes!"

"Such a great experience from start to finish! I had a gel manicure with extensions and they came out beautifully. Wide range of selection of colors also, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Received a complimentary mocktail upon entry. Will defo be going back for a refill & Elle’s foot special pedicure. All the staff are lovely. I would highly recommend!"
