"I had classic shellac manicure on Monday. It was my first time in Chocolate & Nails. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I enjoyed the manicure. I would like to gibe five starts to this place, but unfortunately the nail polished chipped off on the third day. The only reason I prefer shellac is that lasts longer than usual polishes. It is little bit disappointing. Edit: They called me back in couple hours after my review. They fixed the chipped nail quickly. Thanks for the coffee and chocolates. Special thanks to Paula. She is very kind and did a fantastic job. They totally deserve 5 stars."

"Really happy with the service at Chocolate & Nails, I needed to get my nails done for an event and chose chocolate and nails due to the location. As I had Covid for the first time a few weeks prior to that, I was extremely anxious about hygiene and overall cleanliness, but the place is spotlessly clean, I came to book in the salon and the manager was kind, positive and helpful, she felt warm and welcoming. "Chocolate and Nails is the best place to get your nails done in Ealing (anywhere!). Over the years I have tried many places and Lori does such a brilliant job I couldn't imagine going anywhere else; she cares more about my nail designs than I do and always ensures that they are perfect. I always look forward to coming, knowing I will have a great experience, conversation and of course phenomenal nails afterwards! "What a great experience from the start to finish! I reached out on Instagram as I had a specific design in mind. They were so helpful in finding out what it was that I wanted. I also added in another service onto what I originally booked (twice) and they were so accommodating. The salon itself is beautiful and very clean; and in a great location. The nail technician was amazing, talked through what I wanted and explained everything. She tried different ideas to get the design I wanted and the result was amazing. I definitely recommend the salon, best results I have had!"
