"Been coming to this barbershop since it’s opened and always liked cuts I’ve had. BUT, In the last year or so I’m finding the groomers are more interested looking on their phones or having to leave the shop to sort something out than cutting customer’s hair causing longer waiting times. It’s a shame because they’re all great fella’s. Just need to concentrate on getting customers hair cuts."

"I used to use these guys a lot when the first opened. I eventually noticed that service was very inconsistent and it seemed dependent of which barber you got and what mood they were in. Once cut I had, was from what I can only describe as a 15 year old - his fingers stunk of cigarette smoke. The final straw for me the other day was when I walked in, sat down, there was probably 5 or 6 people ahead of me and only 2 barbers. One barber finished his cut then disappeared for 15 minutes. Obviously everyone is entitled to their break but then at least get some more barbers in for busier times. Eventually he came back and called the next guy up. When he asked him what he wanted done, he didn't even make eye contact with him. Instead he was browsing on his phone completely distracted while the guy was telling him what he wanted. Having listened to what he wanted myself and observed what he got - there was a massive discrepancy. At that point I got up and left. No one seemed to notice."

"Half decent haircut but service is frustrating. Of the 30min sat in the chair the stylist spent 15min on the phone sharing videos and joking with other staff. “Tinter on your own time” would be my message."

"**UPDATE 17/07/19: I contacted Sav, the manager, about this issue where he apologised about it all and indeed issued a refund and a new cut on the house. After sorting out the issue, I don't think it's accurate to review the whole experience as a 1 star review.** **ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got my hair cut today and honestly it was one of the worst hair cuts I have ever had. I had asked him to give me a number 1 fade on the sides and shorter on the back where I gave him a couple pictures of myself as a reference to the style I wanted (photos attached). However, as you can see in the attached pictures of the resulting haircut that there is no visible fade and the top is far too small with the sides of my head sticking out. The worst part of it is that he completely shaved off the back of my head, which no barber has ever done when asking them the same instructions (with the pictures). He only spent around 10-15 minutes cutting my hair which reflects on how terrible the cut was. I've noticed that an earlier review on the the same day also said similar things in their review (motocross life), so it may be that we had the same barber and he was not good, however I don't think I will come back here as it is definitely not worth £16.**"
