"Terrible queues to park, best avoid taking the car in, probably best parking on the main road. I called in for the £12 dine in meal, but as is the norm now in most of their food outlets 50% of the food was unavailable. A bit disappointing if like me you call in around 5pm on a Friday on the way home. They really don't give people who have been working much choice as the stock levels aren't maintained."

"I went to the foodhall in Heswall this morning. I was desperately looking for roast chicken slices, but there weren't any on the shelf. I was looking at chicken breasts, thinking I could slice them and a lovely lady member of staff said to me " excuse me sir, don't you normally have this chicken" , just what I was looking for. I couldn't believe this lady remembered. But she did and made my morning. Your staff are brilliant, and they certainly know what your regulars want. Thank you very much. "Lovely staff, gorgeous food. Reassuringly expensive. I know there weren't many options for a car park but wow surely it should be manned at all times. You'd think this branch makes enough money to pay someone the living wage for an invaluable job."

"I visited this store this morning, collected the few bits and pieces I wanted and went to pay. There was only one checkout open and none of the 'basket only' tills were manned. The customer in front of me had quite a lot of shopping but I had 20 minutes to my next meeting so wasn't too concerned. However the lady had bought several items in the meal deal and the person on the checkout pointed out that the discount had not come off as it should. The customer sorted out the items she had selected from the Meal Deal section to be told that the main course did not qualify. This led to what I can only call a fiasco with a 'supervisor' going off and returning with the items that did form part of the deal. The basket tills had by now opened and people who were way behind me in the queue were being served. After waiting for over 10 minutes I left my shopping and went to my next appointment. It really shouldn't be this hard to buy a bit of shopping. Very disappointed with the level of customer service. Suggest better markings on items in the Meal Deal."
