"First time here, great experience! Forgot to take the water bottle offered to me afterwards, oops lol. Besides that, haircut was great and price was reasonable. Was surprised the standard cut included a hair wash after and also a warm towel after, that was lovely service. One thing that would be nice if there's some loyalty card where you collect stamps each visit as an extra incentive, that would be nice :)"

"Leo cut my sons hair today. He's 1 and hates having his hair cut, I was so nervous to take him because I knew he would cry. I walked out once before getting it cut beacsue I was so worried about his reaction. I went back and honestly I was put at ease so much, Leo made me feel like it was so normal for him to be crying, he put blippi on the tele and was encouraging my son throughout the cut. Brilliant service and I will definitely be returning. Thanks so much!"
"Bunch of amateurs. Went in and the two barbers there couldn't decide who would do the hair cut (because neither seemed interested to provide the service). Then one of them reluctantly asked me to sit. He spent 5 min asking what I wanted. But still had no clue. He was hesitant to start trimming. I could see a confrontation coming, so left without the cut. Never going there again."
