The shop is always clean and well stocked and staff helpful and friendly. Home bargains is situated along the main shopping street that runs through Waterloo, nestled between so many other major retailers, pubs and eateries. There is limited car parking available on the main road but there is further parking via a large pay and display car park behind the store accessible via a side street just off the main road. Many of the side streets are residential parking only but with easy access to public transport services of buses and trains close by these services add shopping in Waterloo an even greater appeal without a car."
