"I had my first haircut at this place as I wanted to try out barbers that were closer to me. I liked my haircut, it had good quality for the price you were paying. However, I do have one point they can work on. The barber needs to learn to ask if the customer wants anything extra done from what they originally asked for instead of following their gut and going ahead with the action. As an example I'll put it this way. As the service was almost finished, I noticed that the barber was already shaving away my sideburns but what disappointed me was that I was not asked for my permission whether I wanted to keep them or not. I realized maybe I should have said I wanted to keep them before the service started but I did not expect the barber completely getting rid of them. That's the only bad side of my experience, others were good and if the barber were to sort out this habit then I could see myself returning in the future."
