"I’m extremely disappointed in the haircut I received here, and if I could give less than 1 star I would. I asked for a trim and a fade. I showed the guy pictures of what I wanted, and I told him exactly how I wanted my hair to look. I did not ask for a restyle or a big cut at all, and I specifically told him that I wanted the back to be trimmed just slightly so that it was back to shoulder length. However, he decided to cut off all of my hair in the back, and he also messed up my fade and missed a pretty noticeable spot on on one side. Honestly it was like he was too distracted by the kids film playing on tv to focus on my haircut. As a trans person, my hair is extremely important to me, and it’s a vital part of how I express my identity. Losing my mullet when all I wanted was a trim is beyond frustrating and heartbreaking. I will never return to this shop. I’ve attached two photos; the one with my longer hair is how it looked before, and how I asked for it to look after the trim. The other photo is what I left the barbers with. I wish I hadn’t paid for this cut honestly."

"There are no words to describe how sad we left after (tall guy, Asian with beard and glasses) working on bank holiday at 16:00 DESTROYED my friends hair. We had photos, we had references, we communicated and yet he still managed to cut his entire mullet off. We walked in there looking for a trim we came out with a different awful hairstyle which is uneven. If we could attach pictures we would show you the before and after. Absolute terrible. 3 days before our holiday. As women we were a bit worried about using a barber for the first time and I will say we were made to feel comfortable but to leave crying and him to not even apologise for absolutely BUTCHERING their hair. Explore new things on your own time big man, we showed you a picture. So on that basis if you want a fade go here. If you want anything else that requires a little more intricate skill, avoid the man described. Terrible terrible service."

"First time going to F4FADE! Went to the Ealing branch. Booked for an appointment over the phone. It's awesome place, staff are friendly, professional and the barbers in general is very clean! The service is of high standard! Highly recommend for all to come and get a shape up/ haircut!"
