"The Elios website clearly states that the Ashtead branch is walk-in only….and this is how I’ve used them with absolutely no difficulty, and short wait times, for the past 12 years since moving to Ashtead….I was a little surprised then to be asked if I had an appointment (nothing indicated I should) with the shop empty, apart from one customer, and be told to come back several hours later when I could be “squeezed in”….this was rather disappointing compounded by having to wait several minutes on the bench before being told to come back…."
"I have been using this barbers for many years and even now I have moved out of the area (Around 30 minutes drive away) I still come back as I like the staff and the hair cuts they provide. I tried a closer alternative, but they cut my hair extremely short (Not what I asked for and definitely not good when your losing it anyway lol), so I will not go elsewhere now."
